External Auditors

The fees earned by the auditors Deloitte & Co. S.R.L. for their audit services provided to YPF SA in the year 2008 amounted to Ps. 3,745,719. That amount was approved by the Ordinary Shareholder´s Meeting held on April 28, 2009.

Moreover, in the same meeting, Deloitte & Co. S.R.L has been appointed as YPF SA external auditor for the fiscal year 2009.
